* At 6:16 p.m., a smoke scare at 1405 William St.

* At 9:16 p.m., alarm sounding at 1000 Towers Circle.

* At 9:51 p.m., alarm sounding at 1000 Towers Circle.

* At 10:17 p.m., emergency medical service at the corner of Broadway and North Middle Street.

* At 10:19 p.m., medical assistance in the 1700 block of Colonel Drive.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Sunday:

* At 3:41 a.m., citizen assist at 1211 Thileneus St.

* At 4:35 a.m., emergency medical service at the corner of Bloomfield Road and Kingshighway.

* At 2:48 p.m., medical assist at 1 Cape Rock Drive.

* At 5:04 p.m., motor vehicle accident on Interstate 55 southbound.

* At 5:58 p.m., medical assist in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 5:41 p.m., medical assist in the 300 block of Minutemen Way.
