Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls.

Aug. 22

• Medical assists were made at 4:29 p.m. on Pioneer Drive; 5:20 p.m. on Lakeshore Drive; 6:10 p.m. at North Louisiana Avenue and Independence Street; and 8:53 p.m. on Mimosa Drive.
• At 12:32 a.m., hazardous condition was reported on North Street.
• At 1:52 p.m., fire alarm on Timber Creek Drive.

Aug. 23

• Medical assists were made at 10:45 a.m. on Broadway; 10:57 a.m. on Veterans Memorial Drive; 11:13 a.m. on Independence Street; 12:02 p.m. on Bloomfield Street; 3:40 p.m. on Independence Street; 3:44 p.m. on Woodlawn Avenue; and 11:33 p.m. on North Lake Drive.
• At 11:35 a.m., hazardous condition at La Cruz and South Sprigg streets.
• At 3:24 p.m., commercial fire on North Kingshighway.
• At 5:28 p.m., fire alarm on Show Me Center Drive.
• At 8:45 p.m., hazardous condition on Wayne Street.
