Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

• At 8:47 p.m., a faulty smoke detector at 539 S. Spring Ave.
• At 10:37 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1700 block of Montgomery Street.
• At 10:49 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1100 block of Ranney Avenue.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Sunday:

• At 3:46 a.m., emergency medical service at 1000 Towers Circle.
• At 9:18 a.m., a still alarm at 555 N. Sprigg St.
• At 1:58 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of Linden Street.
• At 2:08 p.m., a box alarm at 215 Good Hope St.
• At 3:27 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.
• At 3:28 p.m., emergency medical services in the 2400 block of North Kingshighway.
• At 4:16 p.m., an alarm sounding at 611 S. West End Blvd.
