Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls.

August 21

• Medical assists were made at 11:21 a.m. on William Street; 11:29 a.m. on Broadway; 1:51 p.m. on Doctors Park Drive; and 5:57 p.m. on Bloomfield Street.

• At 4:51 p.m., fire alarm on South Mount Auburn Road.

• At 6:12 p.m., fire alarm on Cape LaCroix Road.

• At 7:36 p.m., fire alarm on South Ellis Street.

• At 11:44 p.m., fire alarm on William Street.

August 22

• Medical assists were made at 7:45 a.m. on North Middle Street; 10:19 a.m. on North Fountain Street; 3:05 p.m. on North Henderson Avenue; 3:21 p.m. on South West End Boulevard; and 3:34 p.m. on Howell Street.

• At 10:10 a.m., vehicle fire on Interstate 55.

• At 1:06 p.m., working residential fire on West Fort Street.
