Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to multiple calls on August 11, including medical assists, hazardous conditions, and a vehicle fire. Key incidents occurred on South Sprigg, Linden, and William Streets.

• Medical assists were made at 10:55 a.m. on South Sprigg Street and 1:08 p.m. on Linden Street.
• Hazardous condition calls were made at 7:04 p.m. on North West End Boulevard; 8:03 p.m. on Woodlawn Avenue; and 11:43 p.m. at South Ellis and Walnut streets.
• At 10:29 a.m., vehicle fire on William Street.
