Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

* At 12:23 a.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of North Sprigg Street.

* At 9:13 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of Brenda Kay Court.

* At 9:55 a.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of Independence Street.
