Firefighters responded to the following calls Wednesday:

• At 5:47 p.m., an illegal burn at 138 Garden Lane.
• At 7:25 p.m., a citizen assist in the 600 block of Peironnet Drive.
• At 7:58 p.m., a call in the 1100 block of Linden Street.
• At 9:01 p.m., a call on Interstate 55 southbound, exit 96.

• At 9:31 a.m., an extrication on Route B.
• At 2:51 p.m., an illegal burn in the 1100 block of South Sprigg Street.
• At 4:34 p.m., emergency medical service at Cape County Park South.
• At 6:14 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of South West End Boulevard.
• At 7:13 p.m., emergency medical service at the 98 mile marker on southbound I-55.
