The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

• At 3:09 p.m., emergency medical service at 2400 Memorial Drive.
• At 4:02 p.m., emergency medical service at the corner of Harmony Street and Henderson Avenue.
• At 7:13 p.m., public assistance call at 3020 Boutin St.
• At 10:35 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1100 block of Perry Avenue.
• At 11:23 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2000 block of Sherwood Lane.
• At 11:46 p.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Henderson Ave.

The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday:

• At 2:55 a.m., smell of gas at 3255 Independence St.
• At 3:46 a.m., still alarm at 724 Broadway.
• At 8:47 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2000 block of Lacey Street.
• At 8:58 a.m., emergency medical service at the corner of Bloomfield Rd. and South Plaza Way.
• At 9:29 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1400 block of North Spanish Street.
• At 9:44 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2800 block of Themis Street.
• At 9:57 a.m., box alarm in the 3000 block of William Street.
• At 4:53 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1400 block of South West End Boulevard.
• At 5:45 p.m., illegal burn at the corner of Westfield Drive and Red Bud Circle.
• At 6:45 p.m., illegal burn in the unit block of North Henderson Avenue.
