Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

• At 5:30 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Shirley Drive.
• At 5:51 p.m., a vehicle fire at 421 Mill St.
• At 9:27 p.m., an alarm sounding at 1104 W. Mount Auburn Road.
• At 11:06 p.m., an alarm sounding at 3120 Independence St.
• At 10:49 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2100 block of William Street.
• At 11:56 p.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of North Kingshighway.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Saturday:

• At 12:38 a.m., emergency medical service in the 600 block of Cordova Lane.
• At 12:56 p.m., emergency medical service in the 1300 block of Bloomfield Street.
