Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls.

Feb. 7

• Medical assists were made at 9:41 a.m. on South Silver Springs Road; 12:45 p.m. on North Kingshighway; 1:34 p.m. at Baldwin Drive and Lasalle Avenue; and 5:28 p.m. on Engram Street.
• At 4:58 p.m., vegetation fire on North Mount Auburn Road.
• At 9:12 p.m., hazardous condition on Bloomfield Road.

Feb. 8

• Medical assists were made at 8:27 a.m. on Independence Street; 12:29 p.m. on William Street; 3:56 p.m. on South West End Boulevard; 4:43 p.m. on Briarwood Drive; and 6:04 p.m. on North Cape Rock Drive.
• At 1:41 p.m., water rescue at Shawnee Parkway and South Fountain Street.
• At 1:51 p.m., fire alarm on South Louisiana Avenue.
• At 6:39 p.m., hazardous condition on Stonebridge Drive.
