* At 5:29 p.m., emergency medical service in the 3100 block of Independence Street.

* At 9:17 p.m., a motor vehicle accident in the 3400 block of William Street.

* At 9:33 p.m., an illegal burn in the 3000 block of Benton Drive.

* At 10:58 p.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of Koch Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Sunday:

* At 2:46 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1000 block of North Kingshighway.

* At 6:14 a.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of North Middle Street.

* At 6:27 a.m., a fire alarm in the 1700 block of Lacey Street.

* At 11:57 a.m., emergency medical service in the 1500 block of Lexington Avenue.

* At 2:08 p.m., emergency medical service in the 500 block of Hanover Street.

* At 5:09 p.m., emergency medical service in the 300 block of Sprigg Street.
