Oct. 19

• Medical assists were made at 12:11 p.m. on Sussex Drive; 4:58 p.m. on North Kingshighway; 5:46 p.m. at Champion and Richmond drives; and 5:56 p.m. on Independence Street.
• At 1:22 p.m., hazardous condition on South Sprigg Street.
• At 4:35 p.m., hazardous condition on Lexington Avenue.
• At 6:09 p.m., commercial fire on South Sprigg Street.
• At 6:39 p.m., hazardous condition at Hopper Road and Kage Drive.

Oct. 20

• Medical assists were made at 12:23 a.m. on Robin Hood Circle; 11:40 a.m. on William Street; 3:32 p.m. on Bellevue Street; 3:55 p.m. at Independence and Merriwether streets; 4:03 p.m. on Siemers Drive; and 5:28 p.m. on Linden Street.
• At 9:01 a.m., hazardous condition on Green Acres Drive.
• At 12:18 p.m., hazardous condition at West Rodney and Hazel drives.
• At 3:26 p.m., hazardous condition on Hutson Drive.
• At 6:29 p.m., hazardous condition on Independence Street.
• At 7:07 p.m., fire alarm on North Lake Drive.
• At 7:17 p.m., hazardous condition on Pine Hill Spur.
