The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls.

Oct. 13

• Medical assists were made at 7:45 a.m. on North Sprigg Street; 11:10 a.m. on South Mount Auburn Road; 5:49 p.m. on South West End Boulevard; 6:21 p.m. at Bertling Street and North West End Boulevard; 6:59 p.m. on West Rodney Drive; and 7:22 p.m. on North Kingshighway.
• At 9:38 a.m., commercial fire on Lacey Street.
• At 11:47 a.m., fire alarm on Siemers Drive.
• At 3:24 p.m., vegetaion fire at State Highway 74 and State Highway 25.
• At 7:02 p.m., lift assist on Westridge Drive.

Oct. 14

• Medical assists were made at 3:20 a.m. on Bloomfield Road; 7:15 a.m. on North Frederick Street; 12:57 p.m. on William Street; 2:05 p.m. on North Main Street; and 4:46 p.m. on Whitener Street.
• At 7:28 a.m., lift assist on Ripley Street.
• At 4:14 p.m., lift assist on Linden Street.
