Arrests

* Stephen D. Flye, 33, of 903 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Dorthy M. Watkins, 40, of 1201 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of imitation cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Danny R. Tucker, 36, of Park Hills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and hindering prosecution.

* William C. Diggs, 23, of Chaffee, Mo.; Bobby W. Moore, 33, of 619 Lafayette Place; and Shaun L. Riegert, 24, of Delta were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, vicodin and drug paraphernalia.

* Jessica C. Jones, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct and minor in possession of alcohol.

* Brian D. Tracy, 53, of 689 Highland Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine.

* Joy D. leek, 38, of 921 W. Main St. in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Maurice Patterson, 35, of 830 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.

* Johnny L. Johnson, 27, of 514 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and inoperable brake lights.

* Sharon D. Taylor, 35, of Clarendan, Ark., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* George E. Porter, 48, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of speeding, driving while revoked and failure to secure a child in a seat belt.

* Ronisha B. Howard, 25, of Hazelwood, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for speeding, no seat belt, no operator's license and failure to appear for failure to appear.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported at 2750 Adeline Ave. Delmas F. Traughber, 55, of 2750 Adeline Ave., was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* An assault was reported in the 700 block of Broadway. Zadrian D. Unley, 27, of Berkley, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 100 West Park Mall. Lisa M. Umfleet, 42, of 416 North St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

* Keys with vehicle remote were reported stolen at 234 Broadway.

* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

Burglaries

* A burglary and theft of a stereo and battery pack were reported at 1216 Bloomfield St.

* A burglary and theft of CD and computer files were reported at 629 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David M. Remley, 24, of 316 N. High St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

* John Wade, 36, of 611 W. Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

Summonses

* Jerry Schuler, 25, of Millersville, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to show proof of insurance.

* A 16-year-old boy received a summons for failure to stop for a red signal.

* Zachary L. Green, 20, of 134 Chippewa Lane, received a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Eric T. Cathcart, 19, of 588 Astilbe Lane, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 600 block of Abbie Court.

Thefts

* A radio was reported stolen in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A bank card was reported stolen in the 2300 block of Ridge Road.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 800 block of Cecile Drive.

* Medication was reported stolen in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle.

* Property damage was reported in the 100 block of South High Street.

Miscellaneous

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 400 block of Plain View Avenue.

* Fraud was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* A Chartwells motor vehicle was reported stolen at Towers Circle.
