The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* One person was in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jacquelyn G. Woods, 46, of 1232 W. Jackson Blvd. in Jackson, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for parole absconder.

* Justin A. Skuart, 19, of 1836 Route V, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for financial responsibility.

Summonses

* David N. Bolin, 47, of 513 William St., received a summons for a dog at large/dog bite.

* John J. Kennedy III, 38, of 535 Highland Drive in Jackson, received a summons for speeding/ seat-belt violation.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Two purses were reported stolen at Kingshighway and Lexington Avenue.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1 S. Kingshighway.

* Stealing and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* A vehicle title and keys were reported stolen at 607 Locust St.

* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft. Brandi R. Donaldson, 24, of 424 Sheridan Drive, was arrested in connection to the complaint.

* A purse was reported stolen at 501 N. Silver Springs Road.

* A camera and medication were reported stolen at 2310 Horseshoe Ridge.

Burglaries

* Two burglaries were reported.

* A burglary and theft of copper wiring and tubing were reported at 127 S. Lorimier St.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering was reported.

* Phone harassment was reported.

* Forgery of checks was reported at 1422 Bertling St.

* Two incidents of harassment were reported.
