DWI

* Janie K. Labruyere, 44, of 2014 Bloomfield Road, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Matthew Forest McComas, 21, of 220 S. West End Blvd.; Christopher D. Barnett, 29, of 56 Shady Lane in Brewer, Mo.; James Lee Horn, 26, of 317 Magnolia St., and Michael Eugene Cornelius, 37, of 608 Big Springs Road in Perryville, Mo., were arrested for peace disturbance by fighting in public.

* A 21-year-old female and a 16-year-old female were arrested pending formal charges for stealing, resisting arrest, second-degree assault and assault on a law enforcement officer at West Park Mall, 2409 William St.

Summons

* Dustin O. Cook, 25, of 1439 Price Drive, was issued a summons for indecent exposure by urinating in public.

Thefts

* An 11-year-old boy was taken into custody for stealing a Playstation video game and food at K-Mart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A Tempest mountain bicycle was reported stolen at 312 W. Lorimier St.

* A Missouri license plate, 603-KS3, was reported stolen from 2437 Albert Rasche Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 701 Broadway.

* Four tires were reported damaged at 1741 N. Kingshighway.

* A tire was reported damaged at 1753 Northwoods Court.

Miscellaneous

* Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the intersection William Street and Mount Auburn Road.

* An accidental death was reported.

* A subject in possession of a controlled substance was reported.

* A subject is in protective custody for resisting arrest at the 1900 block of North Kingshighway.

* Interference with custody was reported.
