Cape police reports 7/10/06

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Mark Alan Musselman, Jr., 22, of 1512 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving without an operator's license.

Summons

* Joannie Jenine Smith, 33, of 824 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for third-degree assault.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 169 N. Lake Drive.

* Theft was reported at 233 N. Ellis St.

* Captain Morgan Tattoo was reported stolen from Schnuck's, 19 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* A garage window was broken at 901 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an order of protection was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Indecent exposure was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.

* A 14-year-old girl was referred to juvenile court for beyond parental control at the 900 block of South Pacific Street.

* A vehicle was reported abandoned at the intersection of Hopper Road and Interstate 55.

* Interference with custody was reported at 2113 Nottingham Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 1725 Westwood Drive.
