DWI

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Ricardo Garcia Jr., 18, of 145 Pinoak Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

* William Craig Walley, 33, of 149 Elm St., Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to signal, improper registration, driving without insurance and while license is revoked, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Jesse Allen Pulley, 29, of 4309 Route W, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Josiah Gerard Sacha, 31, of 2000 Cape La Croix, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Amy Stoffregen, of 635 Charles St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Darcell Moore, 18, of 728 Hickory Drive, was issued a summons for noise violation.

Assault

* Third-degree domestic assault was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

* Assault was reported at 321 N. Spring St.

* Assault was reported at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* Assault was reported 1927 N. Kingshighway.

* Domestic assault was reported at the intersection of Independence Street and Minnesota Avenue.

Theft

* A purse, cash and cellular telephone were reported stolen from the 1900 block of Ritter Drive.

* A bicycle and scooter were reported stolen from the 2500 block of Lynnwood Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.

* A trimmer was reported stolen from 901 S. Sprigg St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Jasper's, 407 Morgan Oak St.

* A flatbed trailer was reported stolen from 470 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Furniture and carpet were reported damaged at 1335 Amblewood Drive.

* A car window was reported broken in the 1900 block of Ritter Drive.

* A parking sign, tree, park bench and lights were reported damaged at Sundance Apartments, 909 Hackberry Drive.

Miscellaneous

* An abandoned vehicle was reported at the intersection of Highway 74 and Interstate 55.

* An abandoned vehicle was reported at the intersection of Highway 74 and Siemers Drive.

* A person was reported missing from 2517 Masters Drive.
