The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Benjamin K. Ashauer, 23, of 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

* Richard U. Baker, 30, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for violation of order of protection.

* Jeremy J. Miller, 28, of 3020 Boutin Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Mikell D. Abraham, 19, of 1336 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failures to pay fines and costs for stealing, for failure to appear for probation revocation on possession of a controlled substance, for suspended operator's license, for failure to appear on driving while suspended charge, for possession of a controlled substance and for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Larenzo D. Braxton, 20, of 3103 Laurel Lane, was arrested on two Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor and traffic.

* Scott J. Hayden, 35, of 2002 Dunklin St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine.

Summonses

* Angela D. Mosley, 25, of 2568 Lisa Drive, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Josie L. Bishop, 29, of 260 Manden Lane in Jackson, received a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for suspended operator's license.

Assaults

* Two domestic assaults were reported. One person was in custody for each complaint pending charges.

Property damage

* City of Cape Girardeau reported trash cans, tables, shelter and concrete pad spray painted.

* A glass door was reported damaged at 506 S. Henderson Ave.

* St. Vincent de Paul Church, 1912 Ritter Drive, reported a broken window.

Thefts

* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A computer was reported stolen at 1105 S. Benton St.

* A debit card, driver's license, papers and checks were reported stolen.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 2213 Earleen Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Wood and Huston, 111 S. Broadway, reported a forged check.

* Bank of Missouri, 1622 N. Kingshighway, reported a forged check.
