The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Reginald W. Nunn, 35, of 1424 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no operator's license.
Arrests
* Christopher D. Piroli, 25, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Kirkwood, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* Howard L. Frymire, 56, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Antione M. Jones, 25, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Kayneil L. Deimund, 30, of 536 N. Hope St. in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
* Michele L. Ferguson, 41, of Morley, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for improper registration and failure to show proof of insurance, and on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks.
* Aaron L. Jenkins, 24, of 2218 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Thefts
* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported the theft of clothing. Jessica A. Bohnert, 25, of 1145 S. Sprigg St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported the theft of gasoline.
* One person was arrested for possession of crack cocaine and marijuana, crack cocaine distribution and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Wood and Huston Bank, 111 S. Broadview St., reported 53 incidents of stealing/forgery.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
Burglaries
* A burglary and theft of a PlayStation 2, memory card and controllers were reported at 422 Bellevue St.
* A burglary, theft of an Xbox with controllers, games and iPod and a damaged door were reported at 1715 Stoddard St.
Miscellaneous
* Statutory rape was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
