The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Emmanuel T. Ware, 26, of 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation, two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violations for no operator's license and suspended operator's license and three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for revoked operator's license, improper registration and seat belt violation.

* Kelly L. Merriweather, 21, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.

Summonses

* Dustin S. Stokes, 22, of Cape Girardeau, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Gabriel R. Yanes, 22, of 15 Village Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

* David L. McClalin, 25, of 429 N. Frederick St., received a summons for stealing.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported two thefts of cigarettes.

* Central Auto Sales, 921 Independence St., reported the theft of a Missouri license plate.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 623 Broadway.

* Fred's Discount Store, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of DVDs and a comb.

* Country Club, 250 Country Club Drive, reported the theft of golf balls.

* A diamond ring was reported stolen at 421 Broadway.

* DVD and VHS movies were reported stolen from 902 Jefferson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Two rapes were reported.

* A parental kidnapping was reported.

* Twenty-six incidents of forgery were reported by one victim.

* An ex parte violation was reported.
