Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Joe E. Kindle, 49, of 501 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and stealing.
* Adrin K. Nunley, 19, of 536 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.
Summons
* Steven A. May, 23, of 1108 N. Spanish St., received a summons for failure to maintain property.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported at 3250 Gordonville Road. Diamond O. Randolph, 22, of 608 Locust St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* A CD player was reported stolen at 326 Bellevue St.
* Rims were reported stolen at 1038 W. Mount Drive.
* Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road, reported two thefts of gasoline.
* CDs were reported stolen at 319 Park Drive.
* A theft was reported. A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.
* A theft was reported. A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection to the complaint.
* Aaron's Sales and Leasing, 324 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of two Missouri license plates.
* Rhodes, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
Burglaries
* A burglary and the theft of copper tubing were reported at 620 Good Hope St.
* A burglary and the theft of a drill and assorted tools were reported at 626 Broadway.
* A burglary and the theft of a PlayStation 2 game, telephone and personal papers were reported at 126 S. Louisiana Ave.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 312 Lorimier St.
Miscellaneous
* Two 13-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* Alliance Bank, 211 S. Silver Springs Road, reported five incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device.
* Forgery was reported at 3439 William St.
* A dog bite was reported.
