Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Justin D. Statler, 22, of 1417 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Christopher D. Holt, 19, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident and three counts of probation violation.
Summons
* Shaneka N. Watkins, 25, of 1105 Ranney Ave., and Phalon N. Miller, 21, of 2832 Themis St., received summonses for the theft of cosmetics.
Assaults
* Three incidents of domestic assault were reported.
* Two incidents of domestic assault and property damage were reported.
Thefts
* A refrigerator, stove, furniture, jewelry and lawn mower were reported stolen at 1215 S. Kingshighway.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
* A flute was reported stolen.
* Cash was reported stolen at 2830 Whitener St.
* The theft of a Ford Mustang was reported at 28 N. Pacific St.
* A weedeater, oil pressure gauge with case, fuel pressure gauge with case, compression tester with case and assorted games were reported stolen at 721 Beaudean Lane.
* A truck was reported stolen at 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 118 N. Sprigg St.
Burglaries
* A burglary and stolen medication were reported at 521 Koch Ave.
* A burglary and stolen furniture were reported at 207 N. Henderson Ave.
* A burglary was reported.
Property damage
* A broken vehicle window was reported at 809 Ranney Ave.
* A tire was reported damaged at 14 N. Fountain St.
* A mailbox was reported damaged at 1108 Independence St.
* A tire was reported damaged at 411 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
* Four incidents of an unlawful use of a credit device were reported at 353 S. Kingshighway.
* Phone harassment was reported.
* Two incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported at 330 Siemers Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 621 S. Sprigg St.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* Forgery was reported at Mount Auburn Road and Percy Drive.
* Identity theft was reported.
