Cape police reports 5/22/06

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Patrick William Kronable, 31, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Lahni R. Lysne, 24, of 102 Messmer St. in Kelso, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Vernon Lee Norfolk, Jr., 31, of 860 Applecreek Lane in Old Appleton, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Dorsilyn Gaines-Johnson, of 508 Elmwood in Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing and failure to appear.

* Gregory M. Benn, 45, of 627 Frederick St. Apt. B, was arrested for first degree trespassing.

* Jeremy L. Taylor, 31, of 2842 Whitener Apt. B, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

* Tamuria Brown, 31, of 2570 Jonquil, was arrested for indecent exposure.

* Subjects are in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

Thefts

* Property was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2525 Boutin Road.

* Second-degree burglary was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A 34-year-old white male was taken into protective custody.

* A 70-year-old white male was taken into protective custody.

* Careless and imprudent driving was reported on Interstate 55 and Route K.
