Arrests
* Keitric D. Carter, 22, of 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on a warrant.
* John C. Graff, 21, of 715 Third St. in Scott City, was arrested on a warrant.
* Lucas Lance Wildhaber, 24, of 1857 Lone Pine Drive in Arnold, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
Summonses
* Michael P. Taylor, 22, of 1432 Themis St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.
* Jeremy A. Kijowski, 23, of 1432 Themis St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.
* Dave E. Roseland, 48, of 608 Horseshoe Lane in Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for operating an unlicensed vehicle, operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license and failure to show insurance.
* John C. Graff, 22, of 715 Third St. in Scott City, was issued a summons for an open container.
* Brandon S. Szik, 23, of 223 Eleventh St. in Scott City, was issued a summons for an open container.
* Timothy J. Booker, 20, of 1000 Towers Circle, was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
Assault
* First-degree assault was reported at the 1700 block of Montgomery Street and a 10-year-old boy was referred to juvenile court.
Theft
* Paperwork was reported stolen from 1456 N. West End Blvd.
* Flags were reported stolen from 1652 N. Spanish St.
* Theft was reported at Drury Suites, 3303 Campster St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* A keyboard and computer were reported stolen from 37 S. Benton St.
Property damage
* A door and door frame were reported damaged at 200 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
* Child abuse was reported in the 1800 block of Montgomery Street.
* A burning violation was reported at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
* Phone harrassment was reported at the 800 block of South Ellis Street.
* A bicycle was found at Fort Street and Sturdivant Drive.
