Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Kevin L. Kinder, no age given, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* Theon D. Mackins, 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

Summons

* Erin P. Spencer, 26, of Chesterfield, Mo., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported at 1000 S. Ellis St. Joseph D. Gray, 24, of 709 North St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* An assault and trespassing were reported. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.

* Domestic assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary and unlawful use of a weapon were reported. Kenny E. Brown, 38, of 205 S. Middle St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Theft

* Buffalo Wild Wings, 2136 William St., reported a theft.

Burglaries

* Edgewater Store, 324 S. Plaza Way, reported a burglary. A garage door panel was damaged and money stolen.

* USA Mattress Outlet, 2228 Bloomfield St., reported a burglary, broken windows and the theft of money.

Property damage

* PDQ Quality Printing, 334 S. Plaza Way, reported a broken window.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported at Siemers Drive and Route K. Llewellyn V. Williams, 30, of Tupelo, Miss., and Steve R. Williams, 53, of Sherman, Miss., were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* One person was in custody for resisting arrest by fleeing and careless and imprudent driving.
