The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* John A. Beaman, 23, of 1727 Westridge Drive, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.
* Jacquelyn L. Westbrook, 30, of 419 Bellevue, Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Alonzo N. Jones, 26, of 326 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and open container violation.
* David W. Prince, 24, of 1111 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and failure to use a turn signal.
* Ricardo C. Santacruz, 20, of 1316 Wayne St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without headlights and minor in possession of alcohol.
Summons
* Jeremy B. Aden, 26, of 1418 Howell St., was issued a summons for violating the hours of liquor in an establishment.
Assault
* Second-degree domestic assault was reported.
Thefts
* An LG9800 cell phone was reported stolen from Verizon Wireless in West Park Mall.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1729 Grandview Lane.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 2109 William St.
* A suspect is in custody for stealing clothes from Famous Barr in West Park Mall.
* A purse was reported stolen at 1 N. Main St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101 Convenience Store, 1624 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A vehicle window was reported broken and stereo equipment was reported stolen at the intersection of Fountain and Park streets.
Miscellaneous
* A blue Roadmaster 15-speed bicycle was found at the intersection of Pacific and Good Hope streets.
* A brown purse was found at 703 N. Missouri St.
* A landlord unlawful exclusion of a tenant was reported.
