Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Christopher S. Gramlisch, 29, of 137 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* Roy T. Phillips, 46, of 2120 Greenridge Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for child neglect.
* Maxwell S. Friese, 18, of 370 Deer Creek Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless and imprudent driving.
* Two subjects are in custody pending formal charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Summonses
* Valerie A. Brooks, 46, of 519 Haynes, Portageville, Mo., was issued a summons on suspicion of trespassing.
* Angela D. Richards, 19, of 1413 William St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts.
Assault
* A subject is in custody for domestic assault at 1938 Delwin St., Apt. F.
* A subject is in custody for second degree assault, child endangerment, property damage and trespassing.
Theft
* Theft was reported at 2109 William St.
* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for stealing an MP3 player, CDs, a watch and tools from Wal Mart, 3439 William St.
* A Huffy mountain bike was reported stolen at 1627 N. Spanish St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3219 William St.
* Air conditioning vents and a CD player were reported stolen from Frederick and Lafayette streets.
* A Missouri license plate number 526- XSY was reported stolen from 115 N. Fountain St., Apt. 307.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at 320 Bellevue St.
* Property damage was reported at 518 S. Ellis St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3439 William St.
* A window was reported broken at 25 S. Hanover St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 749 S. Ellis St.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1428 Jefferson St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 900 S. Ellis.
Miscellaneous
* Fraud was reported at 1224 Merriwether St.
* Walking in street when sidewalk is provided was reported on Ellis and Morgan Oak streets.
* An abandoned tan 1979 Olds Delta 88 with no license plate was reported at 1145 S. Pacific St.
* A juvenile was reported missing from 1714 Montgomery St.
* Peace disturbance was reported at 904 S. Ellis St.
* Indecent exposure was reported.
* Peace disturbance was reported.
* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
* Interference with child custody was reported.
* A Commerce Bank check card was reported lost from 332 N. Middle St., Apt. B.
