DWI
* Garret J. O'Connell, 24, of 4 Village Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and expired license plates.
Arrests
* Keiven S. Cole, 20, of 1119 Bloomfield St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failures to appear for suspended operators license, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
* Tonya R. Smith, 20, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
* Sara L. Carroll, 20, of 1105 S. Benton St., was arrested on Perry County warrants for identity theft and fraudulent use of a debit device.
* William E. Pinkerton, 37, of 320 Morgan St. in Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
* Cittie L. Wade, 26, of 625 N. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of harassment.
* Larry W. Wheeler, 18, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.
* David T. Randolph, 20, of 304 Timberlake Lane, was arrested on suspicion of minor in possession.
* Jonathan L. Jenkins, 27, of 329 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
Summonses
* Larry R. Miller, 59, of Scott City, received a summons for assault.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported at 415 McKenna Drive. Omar T. Johnson, 26, of 415 McKenna Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* K Mart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Benjamin K. Ashauer, 23, of 902 Jefferson Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Medication was reported stolen at 215 S. Kingshighway.
* Schnuck's, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of groceries. Susan A. Brown, 51, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of games, camera and DVDs. One person was in custody in connection with the complaint.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 719 N. West End Blvd.
* A vehicle was reported damaged in the 400 block of South Ellis Street.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Alliance Bank, 211 S. Silver Springs Road, reported a counterfeit $20 bill.
* Money Time Check Cashers, 1901 Independence, reported a forgery.
