DWIs
* A suspect is in custody pending municipal charges for driving while intoxicated, speeding and protective custody.
Arrests
* Tony Thompson, 39, of 501 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Massac County, Ill., warrant for possession of marijuana.
* Anthony L. Wilkins, 21, of 331 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines for driving with a suspended operator's license, driving without insurance, property damage and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Brittany J. Mathenia, 18, and Susan A. Sametz, 19, both of 1000 Towers Circle, were arrested for stealing at Wal-Mart.
* Terrance E. Smith, 19, 321 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines for receiving stolen property.
* A subject is in custody pending a state warrant for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights.
Summonses
* Kyle W. Weber, 22, and William J. Huber III, 21, both of 237 N. Ellis St., were issued summonses on suspicion of a disorderly house.
* James H. Donnelly, 18, of 1000 Towers Circle, was issued a summons on suspicion of minor in possession of alcohol and unlawful use of a license.
Thefts
* A 1990 white Plymouth Voyager Van with unknown Georgia license plates was reported stolen from 100 Broadway.
* A subject is in custody pending municipal charges for stealing.
* A coin purse and money was reported stolen from 1003 Locust St.
* A Sony Explode car stereo was reported stolen from 3439 William St.
Property damage
* A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 521 Koch St.
Miscellaneous
* Identity theft was reported at 904 S. Ellis St.
* Phone harassment was reported at the intersection of William and Sprigg streets.
* Stalking was reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
