DWI

* Jill M. Eichelberger, 23, of 1406 Frederick St., Joliet, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

* Jerry Don Eads, 48, of P.O. Box 235 in Braggadocia, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Sean Michael Baldwin, 23, of 605 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

* Linda D. Loveless, 54, of 2712 Independence St., was arrested for speeding, stop sign violation, resisting arrests and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Joshua J. Witcheros, 21, of 635 Blanch St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Melvin J. Steward, 20, of 1215 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Theft

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway.

* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing several items at Dollar General Store, 64 S. Plaza Way.

* Two purses were reported stolen from a vehicle at 823 S. Kingshighway.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 823 S. Kingshighway.

* A garage door and siding were damaged at 1223 N. Spanish St.

* A door handle was damaged on a 2006 Pontiac passenger car in the 400 block of South Ellis Street.

Miscellaneous

* An abandoned blue 1990 Lincoln Town car, license plate MO 290-MPF, was towed from 3254 William St.

* A 51-year-old man was reported missing at 203 Franks Lane.

* A 19-year-old white woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 14-year-old boy was reported as a runaway.

* An ex parte violation was reported.

* Two wallets and clothing were found at 405 N. Spanish St.

* Property was reported found at 40 S. Sprigg St.
