Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* John Mosby, 20, of 1533 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* Shaneka N. Watkins, 25, of 1105 S. Ranney St., received a summons for a leash law violation.

Assault

* Assault and property damaged was reported.

Thefts

* Stealing and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at 19 N. Kingshighway. Jimmy A. Maglone, 26, of 534 Ogola Lane, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A license plate tab was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

* Portable radios were reported stolen from 1339 Howell St.

* Money and personal papers were reported stolen from 1333 Howell St.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of a television, pictures and couch cushions were reported at 1701 Rand St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged in the 2200 block of Broadway.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

* Telephone harassment was reported.
