The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* James Dannenmueller, 23, of 27845 U.S. 61 in Scott City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jefferey Eudaley, 40, of 1510 Rand St., was arrested on a Henry County warrant for larceny.

* John Radney, 23, no address given, was arrested on warrants for improper registration and no operator's license.

* Everett Phillip Way, 30, of 2847 Whitener St., Apt. A, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Michael Shane Bowman, 25, of 1056 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Assault

* Luke Andrew Wade, 22, of 810 Brown St., Jackson, was issued a summons for third-degree assault.

* Richard Jones, 50, of 144 S. Lorimier St. Apt. 3, was arrested for second-degree domestic assault.

* Domestic assault and animal abuse were reported.

Thefts

* Gas was reported stolen at Citgo D-Mart.

* Alcohol was reported stolen at SEMO Gas Inc.

* Shoes were reported stolen at 531 Boxwood Drive.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 735 Watkins Drive.

* A vehicle was reported damaged on Themis and Water streets.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Possession of alcohol by a minor and curfew violation was reported.

* Stolen property was recovered and a teal purse was found at the 300 block of South Kingshighway.

* Harassment was reported at 1900 Thilenius St.

* Animal neglect was reported.
