The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dennis W. Harkins, 46, of Ware, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of cocaine and forgery.

* Justin M. Patrick, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting lawful detention and driving while revoked.

* Stephanie G. Wilkins, 37, of 1318 Ashland Hills Drive, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for domestic assault.

* Eric R. Cassell, 39, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for motion to revoke probation on stealing charge.

* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges on violation of a full order of protection.

Summons

* Erica Woods, 22, of 227 S. Spanish St., was issued a summons for a dog bite and leash law violation.

Assault

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on assault.

Thefts

* First Federal Savings Bank, 566 S. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.

* Rhodes 101 Stop, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported gasoline stolen.

* Clothing was reported stolen at 200 West Park Mall. Chelsey J. Oliver, 20, of 602 Redbud Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A purse was reported stolen on 318 S. Spanish St.

* Miscellaneous prescription medications were reported stolen at 3011 Themis St.

* Money was reported stolen at 254 S. Silver Springs Road.

Property damage

* A window, wall, door and door frame were reported damaged at 925 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering was reported.

* Filing a false report and forgery were reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A bicycle was reported found at 1020 Parkway.
