DWI
* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges on driving while intoxicated and traffic violations.
Arrests
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for possession of an imitation controlled substance.
* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
* Gregory L. Nicholson, 35, of 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for a suspended operator's license.
* Eric J. Fightmaster, 20, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.
* Travis C. Hudson, 18, of 433 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for assault.
* Richard E. Geiger, 30, of 3001 Themis St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and operating an unlicensed vehicle.
* Keith L. Baines, 43, of Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for stealing.
Summonses
* Kenneth C. Martin, 39, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for building without a permit, performing mechanical work without a license and performing electrical work without a license.
* Frankie L. Jackson, 38, of 1312 Big Bend Road, was issued a summons for a dog at large.
* Lois R. Lamar, 36, of 827 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.
* Rachel M. Headrick, 34, of 215 rear Mason St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.
Assaults
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault and tampering.
Thefts
* Approved Auto, 402 S. Kingshighway, reported license plates stolen.
* A purse was reported stolen at 200 West Park Mall.
* A cell phone, global positioning unit, car starter and cigarettes were reported stolen at 505 N. Kingshighway.
* Jeffrey M. Bridgeman, 21, of Millersville, was arrested on suspicion of stealing a motor vehicle, stealing a credit device and resisting arrest.
* Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
Miscellaneous
* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Failure to pay water bill was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* Two incidents of fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.
