DWI

* Stephen G. Hough, 25, of 937 Monterrey Apt. B in Crown Point, Ind., was issued a summons for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Rosemary Inserra, 50, of 115 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A man is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Amy Bartelmey, 23, of 1850 Leganberry Lane in Crown Point, Ind., was issued a summons for peace disturbance for fighting in public.

* Stefanie Baker, 20, of 6942 Buck Creek Shade in Crown Point, Ind., was issued a summons for peace disturbance for fighting in public.

* Nicholas Adamson, 19, of 230 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

* Craig Valentine, 24, of 226 N. Ellis St., was issued a summons for a disorderly house.

* Domestic assault and burglary were reported.

* Second-degree assault was reported at 237 N. Ellis St.

Theft

* Hunting equipment was reported stolen from a vehicle at 2118 Sherwood Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3259 William St.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported at 1007 N. Henderson St.

* A 55-year-old male was taken into protective custody at the 1000 block of North Middle Street.

* A subject is in custody pending the filing of formal charges for violation of an ex parte order.

* A wallet and its contents were found in the Cape Girardeau area.

* A 13-year-old girl was bitten by an animal at the 800 block of Sprigg Street.

* A card holder and its contents were found in the Cape Girardeau area.
