Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Leroy Wren, 43, of 604 Jefferson Ave., No. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violating an order of protection.
* Alice Depree, 42, of 1019 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Phil V. Mattingly, 37, of 1023 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
* Sara Derossett, 26, of 29 S. Sprigg St., No. 4, received a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Matthew Sander, 20, of 1811 Herman St., received a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Jessica Pender, 24, of 1024 Village Drive, received a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
* Nonte Skiles, 51, of 15 S. Lorimier St., received a summons for sale of liquor to a minor.
Thefts
* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported various items were stolen. Benjamin Ashaver, 22, of 902 Jefferson Ave., received a summons in connection with the complaint.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of a video game system. Angelo Murray, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
* Smoker's Outlet, 2116 William St., reported cigarettes, cigars and rolling papers stolen.
* Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, reported a theft of clothing. A suspect was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 628 N. Frederick St. Cash was reported stolen, and a patio door was reported damaged.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at Kingshighway and Bloomfield Road.
* A window was reported damaged at 118 N. Middle St.
Assaults
* An assault was reported in the 100 block of Mason Street.
* An assault was reported at 909 Hackberry St. A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges.
* A domestic assault was reported. A suspect was in custody pending filing of formal charges.
Miscellaneous
* A person was taken into protective custody in the 500 block of Broadway.
