* Hali L. Hodge, 18, of 2037 Pear Tree Court, Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and possession of a minor in possession by consumption.

* Lonnie R. Huffman, 19, of 176 Pequot Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, speeding and a minor in possession by consumption.

* Devin W. Sutterer, 18, of 1933 Delwin St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

* Ian A. Phillips, 20, of 1933 Delwin St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute.

* Benjamin F. Rawlins, 20, of 1803 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and resisting arrest by fleeing.

* Adam C. Norris of 501 Bellevue St., Apt. 1, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for assault.

* Vincent K. Minner, 40, of of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for revoked operators license.

* Chasity R. Martin, 17, of 1105 Linden St., Apt. 201, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.

Summonses

* Cheryl D. Jackson, 33, of 915 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for leash law violation.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported at 623 Jefferson Ave., and DVD recorders, a string trimmer, stereo and DVDs were reported stolen.

Theft

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 611 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* A wallet was reported found.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Vinson E. Morland, 29, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Samuel A. Herndon, 22, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Derek D. Baugher, 27, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Steven D. Edmonds, 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for minor visibly intoxicated.

* Julian Pedro, 23, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving without a valid license and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

* Danny R. Boxfield, 48, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to wear a seat belt and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Earnst D. Motton, 34, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* Angela M. Gater, 41, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* Clarence D. Lowe, 38, of Scott City, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for passing a bad check.

* Erik M. Marshall, 27, of Jackson, was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault, burglary, stealing, property damage and driving while intoxicated.

Summonses

* Michael E. Mize, 53, of Old Appleton, Mo., was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Daniel G. Bedell, 21, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Ronald W. McBride, 42, of Jackson, was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

* Pamela S. Cook, 49, was issued a summons for supplying liquor to a minor.

Thefts

* A stereo CD player, dash and CDs were reported stolen in Area 19.
