Paul Steven Watts, 39, 1222 Bloomfield, was issued a summons Monday for soliciting.

A CD player, amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers and a radar detector were reported stolen Sunday 3002 Aspen.

A CD was reported stolen Monday at 1600 Whitener.

MiscellaneousA 38-year-old woman was taken into protective custody Sunday.

AmerenUE, 1400 West End Blvd., reported tampering Sunday.

A wallet and its contents were reported lost Sunday at the 1000 block of North Sprigg.

An abandoned vehicle was reported Sunday at the 100 block of South Benton.

A license plate was reported lost Sunday in the Cape Girardeau area.

A cell phone and its leather cover were reported lost Monday at the SEMO Fairground.
