* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Nicole D. Bird, 41, 104 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a Cole County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for insufficient funds.
* Charles E. Depauw, 31, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.
* Randy J. Green, 46, 1218 College St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Sears, 330 Siemers Drive.
* Nicholas Scott Talley, 18, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.
* Kenneth Earl Keller Jr., 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* David Skinner Knapp, 55, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Mark A. Brand, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no operator's license.
* Tina M. Marlow, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* Burglary and the theft of 10 televisions were reported at Bagger Dave's, 2106 William St.
* A prepaid Visa card was reported stolen at 2861 Themis St.
* Money was reported stolen at 618 North St.
* A laptop computer, tablet computer, Xbox controllers and Xbox games were reported stolen at 1007 S. Ellis St.
* A stereo and saw were reported stolen from 211 S. Kingshighway.
* A 2000 Ford Ranger was reported stolen from 1921 Randol Drive.
* A windshield was reported damaged at North and North Middle streets.
* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 410 Themis Street.
* A 28-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* Stalking was reported.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Forgery was reported.

* Joshua W. McConkey, 36, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
* Lashay E. Pinkerton, 44 of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for flight-escape probation violation for stealing.
* Robert L. Anthony Chapman Jr., 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
* Kenneth J. Bramlett, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.
* Anita N. Freeman, 19, of Delta was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for passing bad checks.
