The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Kevin Keith Bevell Jr., 17, of 518 S. Ellis St., was arrested on complaints of driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and no rear lights on a vehicle.
Gregory Lee Nicholson, 33, of 100 West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant complaint for failure to appear.
Philip Joshua Swift, 19, of 169 N. Lake St., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant complaint for possession of alcohol by a minor.
John Henry Harris II, 21, of 820 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a complaint for driving while suspended and resisting arrest.
Tanarius Damun Twiggs, 25, of 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on a complaint of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and careless and imprudent driving.
Summonses Jason Martin Hecht, 24, Tyler R. Steffens, 22, Samuel J. Leuders, 24, and Michael Lewis Klaus, 25, all of 1718 Good Hope St., received summonses for maintaining a disorderly house.
Daniel Loy Mackey, 24, of 905 Hillwood Road, Jackson, received a summons for improper turn and driving while intoxicated.
Terry Eugene Hale, 35, of 722 E. Maple St., Scott City, received summonses for failure to maintain a vehicle on the right half of the roadway, no proof of insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
Bartolome Quinta, 24, of 301 N. Lorimier St., received a summons on an assault complaint.
Theft Money was reported stolen at 3248 William St.
Amerimart reported the theft of gasoline at 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive.
A bicycle was reported stolen at 604 S. Ellis St.
Rhodes 101 reported the theft of gasoline at 10 S. West End Blvd.
A theft of cash was reported at Kingshighway and Broadway. Gregory Grant Winfield, 45, of Benton, Mo., was issued a summons on the complaint.
A weed-eater and cash were reported stolen in the 600 block of South Benton.
K&R Log-Lumber Co. Inc. reported the theft of chains and straps at 2350 Independence St.
Clothing was reported stolen at 221 Koch.
Plaza Used Cars reported the theft of a 1998 red Chevrolet Blazer and a dealer license plate.
A white Labrador was reported stolen at 1115 Harmony St.
Amerimart reported the theft of gasoline at 865 N. Kingshighway.
Wood Haven Group Inc. reported the theft of two signs at Mount Auburn and Hopper roads. Donn Frederick Meyer, 55, of 1409 Brookshire No. 2, received a summons on the complaint.
Famous-Barr reported the theft of clothing. Gary Dewayne Morris, 27, of 808 S. Pacific St., received a summons on the complaint.
B.P. D-Mart reported the theft of gasoline at 3276 William St.

A screen door panel was reported damaged at 256 S. Benton St. Mary Ann Gray, 46, of 923 Good Hope St., was issued a summons on the complaint. Miscellaneous
A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
Two 13-year-old girls were taken into custody.
A 19-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
A red bicycle was reported found at Spruce Street and Boxwood Drive.
A peace disturbance was reported at Lambert Drive and Siemers Drive.
A peace disturbance was reported at Washington and Fountain streets.
A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Themis Street.
An assault was reported at 1925 Kingshighway.
A missing person was reported at 435 N. Frederick St.
Four juveniles were cited on curfew violation complaints.
A license plate was reported stolen.
A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
