DWIs
Ronnie Joe Edwards, 43, of 103 East Cape Park, McClure, Ill., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Kathryn Nicole Hartzell, 23, of 401 S. West End Blvd., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
Christopher Shacoby Pounds, 24, of Fort Hope, Apt. 28, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to register vehicle.
Jennifer Denise Brawley, 18, 514 Second St. East, Apt. 8, Scott City, was arrested Wednesday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
A suspect was placed in custody Wednesday pending filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.

A summons was issued Wednesday to Thomas Alan Hastay of 45 S. West End Blvd., on suspicion of striking a legally stopped vehicle.
A summons was issued Wednesday to Allison S. Epplin of 3839 Shenandoah, Pickneyville, Ill., on suspicion of failure to yield.
Thefts An EBT card was reported stolen Thursday at 510 N. Fountain.
Cash was reported stolen Wednesday at 3440 Lowes Dr.
Dealer plates were reported stolen Wednesday at 2611 Auto Park.
CD players, mixing board and an amplifier were reported stolen Wednesday from 1134 N. Frederick.
A wallet and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 421 S. Pacific.
Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday at Rhodes 101 at 407 Morgan Oak.
Cash was reported stolen Thursday at 205 Caruthers.
Burglary
A robbery was reported Thursday at 536 Cape Meadows.
Property Damages
A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at Mt. Auburn and William.
A vehicle bumper was reported damaged Thursday at 19 S. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
Stolen property was recovered Thursday at North Kingshighway and Memorial Park.
Forgery was reported Wednesday at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 820 S. Sprigg.
