The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Michael L. Willingham, no age given, 3522 Old Hopper Road, Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right side of the road and striking a parked vehicle following an accident at Hackberry and Ellis streets.

Arrests George Albert Florido, 23, 164 Flora Ave., St. Louis, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving under revocation.

Anthony Gene Southall, 24, 7107 Highway 34, Marble Hill, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and fleeing a lawful detention.

Clarence Brown Jr., 18, 412 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau county warrant for receiving stolen property.

James Alex Criddle, 17, 617 Boxwood Drive, Apt. B, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving without a license.

Thefts Glucose sensor strips, insulin needles and medication were reported stolen from 1109 Merriwether St.

A Missouri license plate, 464 CJ6, was reported stolen somewhere in the city.

A white 12-inch fisher Price bicycle with a red seat was reported stolen from 626 Sycamore St.

A 32-inch TV, DVD/VCR and DVD were reported stolen in a burglary at 431 S. Ellis St.

Cash, miscellaneous papers and photographs were reported stolen and a vehicle window broken at 820 N. Sprigg St.

Money was reported stolen from 820 N. Sprigg St.

Cash, a wallet and its contents were taken in a robbery at Lorimier and William streets.

A VCR was reported stolen from 607 Locust St.

Property damage

A vehicle window was reported broken at 30226 William St.

A vehicle was reported scratched at 2835 Whitener St.

Tires were reported damaged at 1108 Harmony St.

Miscellaneous

A 1993 silver Chevrolet was towed from 1721 Cape Meadows Drive.

A 1986 maroon Chevrolet was towed from 1721 Cape Meadows Drive.
