Tuesday, Sept. 24The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Latoya Samara Miles, 22, of 130 Mary Alice Meadows, Thebes, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Jeremy Carson Castleman, 25, of Hendersonville, Tenn., was arrested Friday on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to stop.

Kenneth Nicholson, 36, of 1607 Helen St., St. Louis, was arrested Friday on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer. Nicholson, who was already wanted on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing, attempted to injure patrolman Randy Zimmerman by shoving him to the ground, police said.

Elizabeth Ann Cross, 24, of 1022A Broadway, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Butler County warrant for stealing.

Terry Joe Roberts of 1022A Broadway, Cape Girardeau was arrested Friday on a Carter County warrant for stealing.

Steven Hente, 39, of RR 1, Box 279G, McClure, Ill., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of possession of cocaine.

Jason Granger, 22, of 1710 N. Sprigg was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Darrick Leigh Carlisle, 23, of 212 Marigold, Apt. 4, Jackson was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Tyrone Deberry, 23, of 903 S. Pacific, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thomas W. Melander Jr., of Alsip, Ill., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Mark A. Musselman Jr., 18, of 2503 Jonquil Lane, was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failing to pay fines, speeding, no seat belt, and resisting and interfering with an arrest.

Summons Kristina Johnson, 21, of 514 Olive, and Catrice Moore, of 734 N. Middle, were issued a summons Sunday on suspicion of assault.

Theft A stereo, compact discs, a playstation and games were reported stolen Saturday from a vehicle that was damaged.

A duffle bag and clothing were reported stolen Sunday at 1409 Brookshire.

A black 1993 Ford Explorer was reported stolen Sunday at 318 S. Sprigg.

Compact discs and a CD case were reported stolen Sunday at 1354 N. Mount Auburn.

Compact discs and a CD case were reported stolen Sunday from 3012 Themis.

A CD player was reported stolen Monday at 1743 Lakeshore Drive.

A speaker was reported stolen Monday and a vehicle window damaged at 2905 Bernice.

An amplifier, speakers and a check card were reported stolen Monday at 1542 N. Spanish.

CDs were reported stolen Monday at 909 E. Rodney. Property damage was also reported as part of the incident. Speakers and CDs were reported stolen Monday in a separate report with a separate victim at 909 E. Rodney.

A window was reported damaged Monday at 101 S. Henderson.

A fence was reported damaged Monday at the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 813 S. Benton.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 19 S. Ellis.

A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 1504 Amblewood.

Ameren UE reported a streetlight damaged Wednesday at Bloomfield and Hanover.Miscellaneous

A dog bite was reported Sunday at 1718 Montgomery.

Missouri dealer's tags were reported lost Monday in the city of Cape Girardeau.

Harassment by phone was reported Monday.
