The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Kathryn N. Hartzell of 401 S. West End Boulevard, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Aaron L. Kroliak, 21, of 1933 Delwin, Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with an expired license and failure to remain on the right half of the road.

Arrests Richard D. Upchurch, 38, of 157 Hillside, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Vicky M. Jenkins, 42, of 1232 W. Jackson Boulevard, Jackson, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear.

Loretta M. Broshuis, 38, of Route 1, Box 1260, Glenallen, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return rental property.

Michael A. Dragoni, 26, of 215 N. Middle, was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for larceny.

Summons Joseph R. Knittel of 2306 Whiteshire, St. Louis, Mo., received a summons Wednesday on suspicion of improper turning and no proof of insurance.

Michael B. Arnold of 2544 Alpine Drive, Jackson, Mo., received a summons Wednesday for improper lane changing.

Steven F. Roth, 55, of 2615 Maria Louise, received a summons Thursday on suspicion of failing to keep property of litter and weeds and maintaining a nuisance.

Assault A subject was placed in custody Wednesday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Thefts Keys, a student identification card and a phone card were reported stolen Wednesday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 2525 Boutin.

A stolen black 1995 Chevy Cavalier was recovered Wednesday.

Burglary

A burglary was reported Wednesday at 2841 Themis. A Nintendo Playstation and a camcorder were reported stolen.
