The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Christopher M. Perigo, 30, Box 35, McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving under revocation.

Arrests Wendy Y. Matney-Phillips, 32, 3115 Timmar Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Lonnie R. Bobb, 45, 1031 Broadway, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and peace disturbance.

Christopher T. Gibson, 32, 1825 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear in court.

Jennifer M. Buckner, 24, 121 E. Rodney Blvd., Apt. D2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Jeremy W. Burgess, 23, 30 Zeno St., Apt. 1, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for driving under suspension.

Daniel F. Poe, 56, 839 Morgan Oak St., was arrested on two city warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay a sewer bill, and under a Texas address, a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud/insufficient funds.

Benjamin Frederick Rawlins, 19, 1003 Locust St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Richard Steven Wren, 22, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 15, was arrested on probation violation warrants.

Charles Matthew Soehlke, 22, 71 Mauna Los, Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child and assault.

Latwilla Cherie Merriweather, 22, 403 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for peace disturbance, and was given a summons for not having a city animal license.

Cody Raymond Pearl, 21, 20 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit device.

Summonses Hassan I. Abu-Khudeir, 24, 151 Navaho Drive, was issued a summons for park curfew violation.

Ashlea A. Bigham, 24, 555 N. Spring Ave., Apt. 33, was issued a summons for park curfew violation.

Tanya S. Shemwell, 1330 Bertling St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Cassy L. Coleman, 19, 3005 Themis, Apt. A, was issued a summons for trespassing.

Thefts A digital camera was reported stolen from 3109 Themis St.

A check was reported stolen from 1201 S. Sprigg St.

An electric guitar was reported stolen from 339 Lorimier St.

A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing in connection with a theft from Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen from 505 N. Silver Springs Road.

Money was reported stolen at 509 Bellevue St.

Property Damage Windows were reported broken at Buckner's, 132 Main St.

A vehicle door was reported scratched at 1925 Broadway.

Miscellaneous A red 1988 Buick Park Avenue was reported abandoned in the 2400 block of Masters Drive.

A white 1985 Honda Accord was reported abandoned at 1007 Ellis St.

An animal bite was reported in the 1100 block of South Sprigg Street.

A burglary was reported at 19 S. Ellis St.

School bus stop sign violations were reported at East Rodney and Maria Louise, Hopper Road and West Mount Drive, Benton and Linden streets and Ellis and Walnut streets.
