The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Theotis Robinson, 40, 1232 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Clay County sheriff's warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

Summonses

* Larry G. Frank, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane and no valid operator's license.

* Richard K. Withers, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.

* Armondo S. Villasenor, no age given, was issued a summons.

* Margie F. Schoppa, 51, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash-law violation.

Burglary

* Burglary, property damage and the theft of computers, prescription medication, televisions, Charter box, DVD player and tools were reported at 2800 Pioneer Drive.

* Stealing was reported at 511 S. Kingshighway.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

* All Brite Kitchen and Bath reported assorted tools stolen at 3049 William St.

* A necklace was reported stolen at 3265 William St.

* Welders, welding lead and tools were reported stolen at 1329 Southern Expressway.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 408 Bellevue St. and North Fountain Street.

* Property damage was reported at 1300 Good Hope St.

* Cape La Croix Apartments reported damage to a window and doorknob at 426 S. Spring Ave.

* A metal chain was reported damaged and scrap metal and two trailers were reported stolen at 1200 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Greater Dimension Church reported forgery.

* An animal bite was reported.
