The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Nicholas Aaron Cozby, 26, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

Clyde Raymond Kimmel, 59, of 401 S. Pacific, was arrested Saturday on a Missouri warrant for parole violation.

Andre William Rice, 20, of 203 Franks Lane was arrested Saturday on an assault complaint.

Kanvely Jerome Nicholson, 30, of 918 College was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

Matthew Ryan Palubiak, 23, of St. Louis, received a summons Sunday for fireworks violation.

Sarah Jean Mahy of 2039 Perryville Road, received a summons Saturday for failure to yield.

Thefts

Famous-Barr reported the theft of clothing Saturday at 100 West Park Mall. A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges.

A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse stolen Saturday from 921 Hackberry.

A 1992 Ford Explorer was reported stolen Saturday from 18 S. Ellis. It was later recovered.

Property damage

A window was reported shattered Sunday at 11 S. Hanover.

A window on a vehicle was reported broken Saturday at 121 E. Rodney.

A window was reported broken Saturday at 3008 Aspen.

A mailbox and post were reported damaged Saturday at 735 Lexington.

Miscellaneous

A 1985 blue Chevy Caprice was towed from 21 N. Hanover.

A 71-year-old man was taken into protective custody Saturday.

A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody Saturday.

A 20-year-old man was reported missing Saturday.

A subject was taken into custody Saturday pending charges for domestic assault and child abuse.

Three incidents of assault were reported Saturday.
