The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Dana L. Hinman, 27, of 607 N. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
* Samuel I. King, 18, of 2579 County Road 227, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a stop sign.
* Jose A. Ramirez, 28, of 233 N. Ellis St. No. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for noise disturbance.
* Margaret A. Fowler, 36, of 1408 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Daniel E. Tunmire, 45, of 2759 Hawthorne Road., was arrested on a Texas warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
* Steven Martin-King, 22, of 1109 Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Thefts
* Kohl's Department Store, 315 Shirley Drive., reported shoes stolen. Dea Ann Thompson, 37, of Wolf Lake, Ill., was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* An oil cap was reported stolen at 3035 Themis St.
* A television, furniture and a camera were reported stolen at 1716 Big Bend Road.

* US Bank, 3060 William St., reported counterfeiting of a $20 bill at 3060 William St.
* A bicycle was reported found at 312 Bellevue St.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported 14 incidents of check forgery.
* Huck's Convenience Store, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported eight incidents of check forgery.
* Kmart, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported four incidents of check forgery.
* D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported two incidents of check forgery.
* J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported four incidents of check forgery.
* BP, 3276 William St., reported two incidents of check forgery.
* Old Navy, 207 West Park Mall, reported check forgery.
* FYE, 215 West Park Mall, reported check forgery.
* Payless Shoesource, 194 West Park Mall, reported check forgery.
* Domes Hat Co., West Park Mall, reported check forgery.
* A bicycle was reported found in Arena Park.
* McDonald's, 3419 William St., reported counterfeit checks.
