DWIs
* Cortez D. Bell, 28, of 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Jordan M. Prince, 19, of 25 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, being a minor in possession of alcohol, and failing to display driver's license.
* Nicole C. Zito, 29, of 2526 Masters Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Steven P. Martin-King, 22, of 1109 Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole absconding and a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* Aaron L. Price, 17, of 308 W. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary in the second degree.
* Michelle K. Allen, 21, of 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
* Angelo Murray, 20, of 814 Ruth St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau Police Department warrant for failure to appear.
* James Derek Scott, 34, of 1620 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing medical supplies from Southeast Hospital.
* Billy Joseph Robinson, 26, of 213 S. Mulberry, Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing fishing equipment from Wal-Mart at 3439 William St.
Summonses
* Maximilian Eugene Smith, 18, of 503 Sycamore, Jackson, was issued a summons on suspicion of assault.
* Jessica Carol Jones, 17, of 607 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons on suspicion of assault.
Assaults
* A domestic assault was reported at 646 S. Sprigg St.
* Assault was reported at 1003 Locust St.
Thefts
* Game Cube games were reported stolen from Wal-Mart at 3439 William St.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 825 Maple St.
* A rifle was reported stolen at 509 S. Ellis St.
Property Damage
* A vehicle was reported damaged at Capaha Park.
Miscellaneous
* A chrome BMX bicycle was reported found at 2101 William St.
* A BMX bicycle was reported found at 99 South Park.
